"Fear Gets a Big Hug"
I would call this "fear a group hug" but it is something that we must first conquer within ourselves. Then can work to resolve what it has caused around us. If we work with others too soon it's too easy to displace it. And it's a personal issue for each of us.
Fear is perhaps the darkest monster of the old world. It drops us to the lowest parts of ourselves. To the lowest possible vibration. It is in this place of fear that all of the horrible things happen in the world. To some it brings violence to action. To others more evolved in thought it brings withdrawal and hiding. Packing in the middle of the night to get out of a situation we don't want to cause harm in and love those involved too much. But when working within the vibration of fear things don't get resolved. They will simply need to be addressed later. Fear is a lack of light, a lack of Love within.
Fear was perhaps an emotion that originally served the purpose of letting us know we need to change direction. It was the system to alert us to things out of balance. Over the ages of man it has evolved to a science with controllers of old earth using it as a tool of oppression and power.
We took it internally and it's become a place of darkness where we become paralyzed to the light. But I don't say this so we can externalize it and not feel we are responsible. We each have the power to step out of what we have been taught. It is up to us to resolve our issues, and grow and heal. To raise our vibrations from our dark places that we all have. It is us fixing the ills of our humanness and connecting to spirit.
So what is the cure for fear.
Simply Love.
The place where we carry Light, Love, where we illuminate the dark, self doubts.
When we feel afraid we need to stop immediately. We need to not act, and running is a form of action just like aggression it doesn't allow for resolution.
If we stop.
Simply stop and sit.
We find a way to turn our heads down and stop the chain of racing thoughts. Don't worry they will still be there in a moment. You won't miss anything. I promise. But if we stop and sit and erase all thoughts. Take a breath. Find our center within our hearts and just sit. Erasing all thoughts takes a lot of focus but breathing once in a while helps.
Remember that we have always been here and always will be. That life is just a play.
We can find the place where we are the observer watching this play and realize we are just acting our part and learning. We really believe the play which is the role of a good actor. Congratulate yourself on your abilities to believe your role if you like. But when we step back we realize it is just a play. We step out of it for a moment. We now take in a full breath. Perhaps our first in a long time. Perhaps very very long time.
We may see ourselves floating a few feet above. We may become a bit disassociated with our bodies. That's all part of stepping out of our acting role. Watch yourself sitting in the chair if that helps you realize you're the observer. In that moment we step back from thoughts and drama in our heads. We realize we've all done this before. We've all been to this exact place. Perhaps over and over which is why we're being presented it again. It's a lesson we haven't yet mastered. We may have succeeded sometimes and failed others. But we haven't yet mastered it.
So we are now in a place where the fear has slid away.
We can see where it resides and the thoughts in our heads. And can peak and pull back away till we realize the difference in these two places.
To resolve fear takes this different way of being.
A different place of breathing, of stepping, of walking.
That place is love.
Love is the crack that splits the drama.
Love is the breath that allows us to relax.
Love is the place that will find solutions where none exist.
Love is the place where we let go of things we "thought were very important."
(Aha. Big step with that one wasn't it.)
It is the place where we can release what is not needed.
Ideas that are not resolvable. Things that need stepped around.
Now as we breathe we can raise our vibration with each breath.
We can lift ourselves out of the lowest parts of ourselves and heal the damage.
We step into a place of forgiveness of self and others.
A place where we can see what was false we were holding,
what was possible but perhaps not the only possible outcome,
as well as a place where truths can be seen.
A place where things are flexible and changeable.
A dance of life to be explored.
We step into a place of unconditional love.
A place of allowing light to shine.
A place where our hearts shine
and our heads get shifted to a place of only receiving information,
and our hearts, true selves, to a place of processing and thinking and loving.
A place where we realize fear is simply a tool to draw our attention to something. Nothing more.
And it's role as a giant moster invading our space served us well in the old world
and now is not needed. Thank You.
So now...
is the hug time.
But hug yourself first!
You need it really big, and you are the only one to do this.
And then when the time is right and healing begins
you can hug others later if it arises.
and thus....
